PMI日本支部女性コミュニティ 第40回 定例会 (2026.5.23) レポート

週前半の初夏の様な気温から、雨を挟んで急に肌寒くなった5月23日に、第40回の定例会を開催しました。

今回はPMI日本支部事務所とzoomを併用したハイブリッドで、メインテーマとして『どんな​ソーシャルインパクトを​起こしていきたいですか？​　〜​自分らしく、​世界を​変えていく​ために​〜』、サブテーマとして『将来どこで、​何していたい？​』について、議論しました。

メインテーマの​ソーシャルインパクトでは、多岐にわたるご意見をいただきました。主な内容を分類してご紹介します。

＜ITリテラシーや情報関連＞

• 若い方のITリテラシー、セキュリティに関する知識の習得

• デジタルが苦手な方へツール習得支援

• IT技術習得による貧困の負のサイクルからの脱却

• 正しい情報を伝える、受け取るためのメディアの在り方を考える

＜女性キャリア関連＞

• STEAM女子育成を含む、女学生向けのキャリア相談

• 女性管理職のキャリアと健康問題（女性固有の体調不良や、産みたいときに産める体づくり など）

＜その他＞

• 貧困家庭支援の効率化

• 温暖化を含む環境問題

• 地域固有の産物の減少を食い止め、日本の食文化を守る

• 保護者向け情報の受け取り方

このように、皆さんが「変えていきたい」「ソーシャルインパクトを起こしたい」と感じている課題が数多く挙がりました。内容が幅広かったこともありますが、個々の課題について議論も活発に行われ、時間が足りないと感じました。

次にサブテーマの『将来どこで、​何していたい？​』については、「移住」や「二拠点生活」と、今と異なる場所に住みたいという声が多く聞かれました。移住先としては、海や湖畔など自然豊かな場所が人気でした。

また、ボランティア活動への参加や、新しい事業の立ち上げなど、将来の挑戦に関する意見も挙がりました。

メインテーマについて、多様なご意見が集まりました。いただいたご意見をもとに、WG3の活動内容を検討していきたいと思います。今回もご参加いただきありがとうございました。

定例会終了後は場所を移動してランチ会を開催しました。仕事の悩みや日々の生活における「あるある」など、様々な話題で親睦を深め、良き交流の場となりました。

On May 23, which had turned suddenly chilly after early-week summer-like temperatures and subsequent rain, we held our 40th Regular Meeting.

This session was conducted in a hybrid format, combining the PMI Japan Chapter office with Zoom. Our main theme was “What kind of social impact do you want to create? — Changing the world in your own way”, and our sub-theme was “Where do you want to live, and what do you want to be doing in the future?”

Participants shared a wide range of perspectives on social impact. Below is a categorized summary of the key points raised.

＜IT Literacy and Information-related＞

• Helping younger generations acquire IT literacy and security knowledge

• Supporting those who struggle with digital tools

• Breaking the negative cycle of poverty through IT skill development

• Considering how media should function to ensure accurate information is conveyed and received

＜Women’s Career Development＞

• Career counseling for female students, including initiatives to support and develop girls pursuing STEAM fields

• Career and health challenges faced by women in management positions (women’s health issues, building a body that allows them to have children when they choose)

＜Other Topics＞

• Improving the efficiency of support for low-income households

• Environmental issues, including global warming

• Preserving Japan’s food culture by preventing the decline of region-specific agricultural products

• The difference between parents who receive information and those who overlook it.

These discussions highlighted many areas where participants felt a desire to “make a change” or “create social impact.”

Because the topics were so diverse, the discussions on each issue were lively, and many participants felt that the time was not enough.

Next, regarding the sub-theme “Where do you want to live, and what do you want to be doing in the future?”, many participants expressed interest in living somewhere different from their current location, such as relocating or adding a second base of residence.

Popular choices for relocation included nature-rich areas such as seaside and lakeside locations.

Other ideas included engaging in volunteer activities and launching new business ventures—reflecting aspirations for future challenges.

We received a wide range of opinions on the main theme. Based on the insights shared, we will consider the future direction of WG3’s activities. Thank you very much for your participation.

After the regular meeting, we moved to another location for a lunch. We deepened our relationships by discussing various topics, including work-related worries and relatable everyday experiences, making it a great opportunity for networking.
