WG2（スキルアップ！キャリアアップ！）では、全6回にわたり「PMP®取得勉強会」を開催しました。本勉強会はPMP®合格者を増やすことを最大の目的としています。すでに合格している方々からは助言や経験談をいただき、これから受験する方々のモチベーションアップやお悩みを解決する活動を行いました。勉強会の概要は以下の通りです。

【開催頻度】 毎月2回（オンライン、Webexで開催）
【対象者】 受験予定者および合格済の方
【進め方】
毎回テーマを設けて、解説などを実施
受験予定の方は、各自で3ヶ月間の勉強計画を立てたうえで参加

第１回（2024/1/13）：キックオフ
第２回（2024/1/27）：受験に向けた3か月計画発表
第３回（2024/2/4）：おすすめ勉強法
第４回（2024/2/25）：試験当日のTips
第５回（2024/3/10）：勉強スケジュール、35時間公式トレーニング
第６回（2024/3/30）：監査対象に選択された場合、PM経験記載のコツ、PMP®取得のメリット
参加者は全9名、その内受験予定者が5名、合格済の方が4名で、とてもバランスの良い集まりとなりました。受験予定の方々は各々仕事を調整のうえ、今後受験を予定しています。
本勉強会は3月末をもって開催完了しましたが、引き続きWG2の中で受験支援や情報交換などは継続して実施いたします。

Report on PMI Japan Chapter Women's Community WG2 “PMP® acquisition Study Group”
WG2 held “PMP® acquisition Study Group" six times.
The main purpose of the study session is to increase the number of people who pass the PMP®. People who have already passed the exam shared their advice and experiences, and activities were held to motivate and relieve the anxiety of those preparing to take the exam. The outline of the study session is as follows.
Implementation period: January ~ March 2024 (3 months)
Frequency: Twice a month (online via Webex)
Target group: Those who are planning to take the exam and those who have already passed the exam
How to proceed
Each time, we set a theme and provide explanations.
Those who planned to take the exam prepared a three-month study plan and participated in the program.
Benefits of participating in study group
Motivate and solve the problems of those who plan to take the exam.
For those who have already passed the exam, we can help you further consolidate your knowledge.

1st (January 13, 2024): Kickoff
2nd (January 27, 2024): Announcement of 3-month plan for entrance exam
3rd (February 4, 2024): Recommended study methods
4th (February 25, 2024): Tips on the day of the exam
5th (March 10, 2024): Study schedule, 35 hours official training
6th (March 30, 2024): When selected for audit, Tips for describing PM experience, benefits of obtaining PMP®
There were total of 9 participants, of which 5 were planning to take the exam and 4 had already passed, making it a very well-balanced gathering. Those who are planning to take the exam will adjust their work schedules and plan to take the exam in the future.
Although this study session was completed at the end of March, WG2 will continue to provide examination support and information exchange.
