2025年、女性コミュニティはメンバーの皆さまの積極的な参加により、定例会、女性PMインタビュー、女性活躍に関する研究活動、季節イベントなど多彩な取り組みを実施することができました。心より感謝申し上げます。
そして新しい年の始まりとなる2026年1月24日、PMI日本支部事務所（東京都中央区）にて恒例の新春イベントを開催しました。
人材育成スタディグループ（SG）との初ジョイント開催
今回は初の試みとして、PMI日本支部 人材育成スタディグループ（SG）とのジョイントイベントとして開催しました。
人材育成SGは、法人スポンサー企業のメンバーを中心に、PMCDF（コンピテンシー開発フレームワーク）に基づく人間力強化や、次世代プロジェクトマネジャー育成を目的として活動しているグループです。
新春アクティビティ：「人間力かるた」で盛り上がる
最初のプログラムは、新春らしいアクティビティとして「人間力かるた」を実施しました。
この「人間力かるた」は、人材育成SGが開発したもので、一流のPMが実践している行動を“かるた”形式で学べるユニークな教材です。読み手のナレーションに耳を澄まして札を取るという一般的なルールに加え、札の裏側に書かれたガイダンスに沿って、プロジェクトマネジメントに関する経験共有やディスカッションを行います。
女性コミュニティのメンバーからは、日々の現場での気づきや経験が次々と披露され、笑いあり学びありの非常に活発な意見交換となりました。
書初めで一年の抱負を宣言
続いて恒例の書初めを実施し、それぞれが2026年の抱負を書にしたためました。
スペシャルゲストとして参加してくれた、人材育成SGマスコットの「ティアラン」の見事な筆さばきに驚きつつ、メンバーの皆さまも思い思いの言葉を力強く表現。個性豊かな作品が並び、最後は記念撮影で笑顔のひとときを過ごしました。
ランチ会でさらに交流を深める
イベント後は、参加メンバーによるランチ会を開催しました。職場やプロジェクトでの悩み、昨今PMに求められる役割、コミュニティの今後の活動など、多岐にわたるテーマで議論が活発に交わされ、非常に充実した時間となりました。
メンバーそれぞれのバイタリティと前向きな姿勢から、多くの刺激を得られたひとときでした。

2026 New Year Event Report
In 2025, the Women’s Community successfully carried out a wide range of activities—including regular meetings, interviews with female project managers, research on women’s empowerment, and seasonal events—thanks to the active participation of our members. We sincerely appreciate your continued engagement and support.
To mark the beginning of a new year, we held our annual New Year event on January 24, 2026, at the PMI Japan Chapter office in Chuo City, Tokyo.
■ First Joint Event with the Talent Development Study Group (SG)
This year, for the first time, we hosted a joint event with the PMI Japan Chapter Talent Development Study Group (SG).
The Talent Development SG consists mainly of members from corporate sponsor organizations and focuses on strengthening human skills based on the Project Manager Competency Development Framework (PMCDF), as well as nurturing the next generation of project managers.
■ “Human Skills Karuta” — A New Year Activity
We began the event with a New Year–themed activity using “Human Skills Karuta.”
Developed by the Talent Development SG, this original karuta-style learning tool is designed to help PMs deepen their human skills by showcasing the behaviors practiced by top-performing project managers. Similar to traditional karuta, participants listen to a narrated clue and race to pick the matching card.
After each card is selected, the group follows the guidance on the back to engage in experience sharing and discussions related to project management.
Members of the Women’s Community shared a variety of insightful stories and personal experiences, making the discussion both lively and meaningful.
■ Kakizome: Writing New Year Resolutions
Next, participants took part in our annual Kakizome(*) session, writing their resolutions for 2026 with calligraphy brushes.
*Kakizome is the first calligraphy of the year.
We were delighted to welcome our special guest, Tiaran, the mascot of the Talent Development SG, whose impressive calligraphy skills entertained everyone.
Each participant created a unique and expressive piece, and we wrapped up the session with a commemorative group photo.
■ Strengthening Connections over Lunch
Following the main program, members gathered for an informal lunch session. The conversation covered a wide range of topics—from challenges faced in various project environments to the evolving expectations of project managers and ideas for future community activities.
The open and energetic discussions once again demonstrated the enthusiasm and vitality of our members, making the event both inspiring and fulfilling.
■ “Human Skills Karuta” Available for Download
The Human Skills Karuta is available for download to all PMI Japan Chapter members and individuals from corporate sponsor organizations.
We encourage you to make use of this resource in your daily work or team-building activities.
