PMI日本支部女性コミュニティ 2025冬季イベント レポート(2025/12/6)

師走に入り、街も人も慌ただしさを増してきましたが、皆さまいかがお過ごしでしょうか。女性コミュニティでは、12月6日に冬のイベントを開催しました。

今回のテーマは「女性活躍に関するアンケートの分析」です。当コミュニティでは、2026年に開催される「PMI日本フォーラム2026」での研究発表に向け、女性活躍に関する調査・研究を進めています。今回は、11月までに取得したアンケート結果の分析方針について議論を行いました。

アンケートには450名以上の方にご回答いただき、自由記述を含む多くの項目から貴重な示唆が得られています。まず全項目の集計を行ったうえで、男女比較に加え、年齢層やお子様の有無などのパラメータを組み合わせたクロス集計を検討しました。例えば、昇進意欲とワークライフバランスの関係に着目し、仮説検証の一環として自由記述の傾向をAIで分析することで、より深い洞察を得るといった議論が交わされました。こうした検討を踏まえ、次回チェックポイントまでのTo Doを整理し、第一部を終了しました。

その後は、季節感あふれるクリスマスアフタヌーンティーパーティを開催。和やかな雰囲気の中で交流を深めました。持ち寄りのスイーツやセイボリーは華やかに彩られ、テーブルを囲んで仕事や日常の話に花を咲かせるひとときは、あっという間に過ぎていきました。今回のイベントも、メンバーの皆様のバイタリティに刺激を受け、大変充実した会となりました。

As December begins, the city is filled with a sense of urgency and year-end bustle. We hope you are doing well. Our Women’s Community hosted its winter event on December 6.

The theme of this session was “Analysis of the Survey on Women’s Empowerment.” Our community is conducting research in preparation for a presentation at PMI Japan Forum 2026, focusing on women’s career advancement. In this meeting, we discussed the approach for analyzing the survey data collected through November.

More than 450 respondents participated in the survey, providing valuable insights across multiple questions, including open-ended responses. We first reviewed the overall aggregation of all items, then explored which parameters should be included in cross-tabulation—such as gender, age group, and whether respondents have children. For example, we considered examining the relationship between promotion aspirations and work-life balance, and discussed leveraging AI to analyze trends in free-text comments to validate hypotheses and uncover deeper insights. Based on these discussions, we summarized the action items to be completed before the next checkpoint and concluded the first part of the event.

Afterward, we enjoyed a festive Christmas Afternoon Tea Party, where members deepened connections in a warm and friendly atmosphere. The table was beautifully adorned with homemade sweets and savory treats, and conversations about work and everyday life flowed effortlessly. Time passed quickly, and the event left us inspired by the energy and vitality of our members, making it a truly fulfilling occasion.
