PMI日本支部女性コミュニティ 2025夏季イベント レポート(2025/7/26)

猛暑が続いておりますが、いかがお過ごしでしょうか。女性コミュニティは夏季イベントその2を開催しました。

1. 概要

開催日：2025年7月26日（土）

場所：PMI日本支部（東京都中央区）

主催：PMI日本支部女性コミュニティ

テーマ：Road to PMI日本フォーラム2026

参加者：女性コミュニティメンバー9名

2. イベント成果

本イベントは、2026年に開催される「PMI日本フォーラム2026」での研究発表に向けたキックオフとして実施されました。PMI日本フォーラムは、PMI日本支部最大のイベントであり、各研究会・コミュニティが日頃の成果を発表する場です。女性コミュニティとして初の研究発表を目指し、準備を本格始動しました。

● 研究テーマの検討

7月17日に開催されたスペシャルイベントで得たヒント（ジェンダーバイアス、ネットワーキング、アサーティブ・コミュニケーションなど）を踏まえ、活発な議論が行われました。テーマ候補としては以下のようなものが挙がりました。

• プロジェクトにおける女性の現場調査

• 女性のライフスタイルに見るロールモデル研究

• 女性のコミュニケーション課題とその提案

  
  

● タイムラインとマイルストーンの策定

2026年7月の発表に向け、タイムラインとマイルストーンを設定しました。具体的なアクティビティを踏まえ、コンテンジェンシープランも設定しました。

● 役割分担と今後の進め方

Slack、Miro、BOX等を活用した情報共有・進捗管理体制を整備し、ワーキンググループ（WG）の運営方法を決定しました。今後の活動において、メンバー間で助け合いながら進めていくことを確認しました。

3. ランチ会

イベント後には、ピザで有名な「サルバトーレ クオモ」のランチセットを囲んだピザパーティーが開催され、和やかな雰囲気の中で交流が深まりました。飲み物の買い出しや片付けも協力して行われ、チームワークの良さが光る場面となりました。

4. 今後に向けて

女性コミュニティとしての初の研究発表に向け、今後も定期的なミーティングと情報共有を通じて、着実に準備を進めていきます。メンバー一人ひとりの経験や視点を活かしながら、社会に貢献できる研究成果を目指します。

1. Overview

2. Event Results

This event served as a kick-off for research presentations at the "PMI Japan Forum 2026," to be held in 2026. The PMI Japan Forum is the PMI Japan Chapter's largest event, providing a forum for each research group and community to present their daily findings. Aiming for the first research presentation by the women's community, preparations have begun in earnest.

● Consideration of Research Topics

A lively discussion was held based on insights gained from the special event held on July 17 (e.g., gender bias, networking, assertive communication, etc.). The following themes were proposed as potential topics:

• Field Survey of Women in the Project

• Research on Role Models in Women's Lifestyles

• Women's Communication Challenges and Proposals

● Establishment of Timeline and Milestones

A timeline and milestones were established for the presentation in July 2026. A contingency plan was also established based on specific activities.

● Assignment of Roles and Future Prospects

An information sharing and progress management system was established using Slack, Miro, BOX, etc., and the working group (WG) operation method was determined. Members confirmed that they would work together to advance future activities.

3. Lunch Party

After the event, a pizza party was held with a lunch set from Salvatore Cuomo, a restaurant famous for its pizza. Participants deepened their connections in a friendly atmosphere. They also cooperated in purchasing drinks and cleaning up, highlighting their excellent teamwork.

4. Future Plans

In preparation for the first research presentation as a women's community, we will continue to steadily advance preparations through regular meetings and information sharing. We aim to produce research results that can contribute to society by utilizing the experience and perspectives of each member.
